Carol is truly amazing! Our family of 5 met her when we were looking for a home to purchase. My husband, myself, and our 3 children arrived on Independence Day already surprised that Carol was happy to meet us on a holiday, and we all (our children included) came with a list of what we were looking for in our soon to be home. Carol asked us, even our children, how we felt about certain things while showing us each house on her list for that day, and sincerely understood why we felt the way we did - she didn't question a thing. When we found our dream home that same day which had literally EVERYTHING each of us were looking for in our new home, she brought us over to her office, even welcomed our children in and loved talking with them. We wanted them to be involved in the process and she was great at keeping them part of everything and comfortable with all that was happening around them. When we decided to move away from Kauai 3 years after purchasing our home, we knew we would only work with Carol to sell the home she helped us purchase. She came to our home to explain the process, review comps, and scheduled and met each person/company for professional photos, an open house, showings, inspections, staking, etc. seamlessly and happily.
